Innovative, international and record-breaking in every respect, the ninth edition of TransLogistica Poland was held on November 7-9, 2022 in the EXPO XXI halls in Warsaw. Over 300 exhibitors from around the world, 9,100 visitors from 58 countries and 43 lectures contributed to a high level of satisfaction among exhibitors and visitors.
The success of the fair confirmed by the exhibitors
The TransLogistica Poland fair is an excellent opportunity to establish new business contacts and exchange experiences. In four halls, 305 international exhibitors presented their products and services, presenting their products, solutions and technologies that attracted the attention of industry visitors. The exhibitors included 6 state-owned companies: Lotos Paliwa, PKN Orlen, Port of Gdynia Authority, Port of Gdansk Authority, PKP Cargo Connect, Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority. There were also the biggest players on the market: Telepass, Teleroute, DB Schenker, Raben, Geis and Geodis. Exhibitors could meet their clients and business partners, which contributed to the establishment of new contracts and thus – business development. Ewelina Bukowska, project44: One of the biggest tradeshows in the CEE region – 300+ exhibitors and 9000+ participants from 58 countries attended TransLogistica in 2022. This year, we’ve had 70+ high-quality meetings with stunning conversion rates to further meetings and “opportunities” opened – which is extremely important from the sponsor’s point of view. (…) If you want to meet all the CEE transport & logistics-related brands that matter, that’s the right place to be.

New: Truck&Trailer Salon
During the 9th edition of the TransLogistica Poland fair, the sector was presented for the first time, gathering a spectrum of solutions in the field of, among others: trucks, tractors, semi-trailers, containers, accessories, consumables and novelties related to fleet management. At the Truck&Trailer Showroom, visitors could see an electric Volvo tractor, Mercedes, Daf, KAMAG vehicles and PTM and Reisch semi-trailers. Visitors had the opportunity to enter a truck rollover simulator based on a fully equipped Renault Magnum cab. Tomasz Bartoszewicz, General Manager of PTM Polska: I admit that the scale of the event and the number of guests confirm that the decision to participate in PTM Polska was right. Interesting TSL meetings and knowledge from experts is invaluable in these difficult times.

Lectures and debates corresponding to the needs of the industry
The substantive program of this edition was varied and extensive. Numerous speeches and debates took place simultaneously on two independent stages, each attracting a broad audience. We held 43 lectures and 11 discussion panels during this year’s edition. Exhibitors, partners and invited experts appearing on both stages (95 speakers) funded an over 26-hour marathon of information transfer on the latest trends and solutions for logistics and transport. The speeches and panels on the digitization of the TSL industry and the accompanying transformation processes of this sector enjoyed the most significant interest. Speakers also devoted a lot of time to present practical tools and solutions that allow companies to optimize costs and increase the efficiency of their operations. There was also room for issues related to ecology, electromobility and sustainable development, which is particularly important in the era of limited resources and numerous macroeconomic and geopolitical challenges.
