10TH ANNIVERSARY OF TRANSLOGISTICA POLAND!

TransLogistica Poland is an annual celebration of the transport and logistics industry. This year the occasion is special, as it is the 10th JUBILEE EDITION!
On this occasion, together with our long-standing exhibitors, we have prepared a number of attractions and special events for exhibition participants:

November 7, 2023 (first day of the fair) – TRANSLOGISTICA COCTAIL PARTY DAY

We will extend the first day of the fair until 8:00 p.m., and from 3:00 p.m. we will gradually loosen up the atmosphere!
This is a great opportunity to make new contacts, strengthen relationships and continue conversations with contractors, but under less formal circumstances.
Wanted to visit the fair, but couldn’t get out of the office in the middle of the day? Nothing lost! Join the TransLogistica Cocktail Party Day and build relationships with the TSL industry.

We provide:
– musical and visual setting of the zones,
– snacks and hot and cold drinks (limited),
– contests, shows, attractions – more information coming soon,

Entrance to the exhibition area LATEST by 4:00 p.m. (online registration required – link) with the possibility to stay at the stands of selected exhibitors until 8:00 p.m.

On this occasion, leading exhibitors have prepared a number of special events at their stands!

November 8, 2023 (second day of the exhibition) – TRANSLOGISTICA GALA

This year’s TransLogistica Gala will be held at PGE NARODOWY in the BIZNES CLUB space from 7:00 – 11:00 p.m.

We will provide:
– cold snacks, hot dishes, desserts,
– unlimited hot and cold drinks and alcohol (beer, white and red wine, vodka),
– live music, dancing atmosphere,
– contests, shows, attractions – more information coming soon,

The evening attire required!

AFTERPARTY!

After the Gala, everyone intrerested is invited to continue the party in one of the clubs in the center of Warsaw.

We provide:
– transportation from PGE Narodowy to the club,
– drink or welcome drink of your choice (other expenses on your own).

TransLogistica Gala – PRICE LIST:
EXHIBITORS – an invitation for TWO PERSONS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE, according to the application form for participation in the exhibition.
Additional invitations: 90 EUR net / person

NOTE!
EXHIBITORS have the opportunity to buy additional invitations also for their clients and business partners (for 90 EUR net/person), as well as exclusive table reservations!

TABLE RESERVATION:
With a total of at least 8 people (max 12), there is the possibility to reserve a table for exclusivity.
The table will be marked with the logo or other branding materials of the respective company.

VISITORS (limited number of places) – 135 EUR net / person
Please note that non-exhibitors are required to verify the identity and business profile of the company. We reserve the right to refuse to sell the invitation.
Sales only on the basis of a proforma invoice. After the payment is credited, a VAT invoice will be issued.
